   Have cranked the heating up this morning and I’m still sat here with a dressing gown over my clothes to keep warm while waiting for the CH to do its business

   Switched mine on about a month ago, set the thermostat to 68F, the last 8 hours its been firing up every hour or less…..!!!

   Actually outside temp 11C, thick grey mist with visibility 300 metres; sh7te it’s getting autumnal…

   Indeed Chairperson Nobbly, most aptly put.

   In fact had to use hose pipe to douse the garden on Friday as NO rain here for nealry 4 weeks.

   This is England, September, it always rains some after the India Summer for a week after the kids go back to school!
