I remember when I was in Paris, this loud obnoxious American woman was standing next to me outside the Louve and she said “They should build a dome over it and air condition it!” I nearly choked on my Royale with cheese

…. I told her the only Jaguars she would see there would be ones with four tyres … she was NOT impressed with my sarcasm

I’m afraid to say that my personal experience of American tourists in britland is almost totally negative. But I did hear a rumour that the only Americans who got passports were the military personel sent to kill us, or the folk who the rest of America hoped would never come back!!
Perhaps the only nice Americans are those who blog?
(PS That should stir some bile up…)
I must admit that the Americans that we have met through the Mad Hatters are really, really nice people, and VERY unlike the tourismy kind!

At the last place I worked at, I asked the lady who did the cleaning to please clean my keyboard for me. I went away to do something and came back to this bright shiny keyboard.
Until I started to try and use it ….. and soap bubbles starting bubbling out from between the keys ……
Needless to say, I needed a new one!

Got home from work, opened my mail washer to download my mails, when they’d finished I closed the mail programme, and this error message pops up :
“An internal error has occured : Cryptic error message D627.”
This is the BEST part :
“Note : You have not done anything wrong”
So God is in the computer then?
Well if he is, he certainly hasn’t been keeping his eye on me.
