Hard to believe, but the very first episode of Monty Python’s Flying Circus was aired on the BBC on 5 October 1969 – 40 years ago today!!!
40 years – bloody hell !!!
Well if that isn’t a good enough excuse to post a Python sketch, I don’t know what is -
Four decades, 14610 days, 350640 hours and I’ve been around for all of them, and more FFS.
That explains the tale end of a story I heard on National Public Radio yesterday.
I loved these shows, those that I got to watch in the US… wonderful stuff, watched this one again .. thank you!
