No More Jesus Rifles

by duncanr

As reported previously on Madhatters – Onward Christian Soldiers – a company supplying ‘sights’ to the military in USA and abroad has been stamping coded biblical messages on the sights, next to the model number.

Following the furore when the practice was revealed Trijicon has now announced it will cease doing so and will remove the biblical references from any finished goods in it’s stores awaiting despatch.

Moreover, the company is working on a ‘repair kit’ to enable ‘customers’ to remove the biblical codes from equipment already purchased.

P.S. Any Government wishing to remove the biblical codes from these ‘Jesus rifles’ now rather than wait for Trijicon to supply a ‘removal kit’ are welcome to purchase instead – at a very competitive rate – the MadHatters own removal kit

  1. Damn I missed your previous coverage and gave a plug to another blog… sorry hatters :(

  2. You know it did get me thinking, maybe they should have put the lyrics of songs on the gun sights instead. I Shot The Sheriff, She Bangs, Pants On The Ground, Eye Of The Tiger, Halo…..

  3. The Madhatters Luxury version of the removal kit includes a pair of gloves for those with soft hands.
