Police were quickly on the scene and closed the motorway to traffic while they gathered up the cans.
A police spokesperson told Kent News -
‘An articulated lorry (hic) believed to be carrying cans of (hic) beer has spilt its (hic) load over the motorway (hic) and drivers are (hic) being advised to take (hic) alternative routes.’ (hic)
