Very funny! I have to admit to being a little confused at the pronunciation of the word “ginger.” I looked it up on the Urban Dictionary, but I’m not sure it was much help.
They talk funny in Australia
In UK we pronounce ‘ginger’ with a ‘soft’ G – as in the name ‘George’, whereas in Australia it seems they pronounce ‘ginger’ with a ‘hard’ G as in the name ‘Gordon’
Dunc how can you pronounce ginger as anything but ginger? Now if it was Kiwi talk it wold b e ‘ Gunger ‘ lol so I guess we are lucky it’s a local ad or nobody would get the message at all.
I do so love a funny accent. But I’ve worked very hard over the years to get the “hillbilly” out of mine!
I was thinking the same thing.
