Naw this wasn’t staged. I’m pretty sure he was skiing on a trick ski but I could get a good look at the ski itself. The water was calm enough for a trick maybe too calm which was why he came in so fast. Tricks are flat on the bottom so they don’t have a grip on the water like regular a regular ski. He’s a good though- they aren’t easy to ski to shore like that. That tent was in the right place at the right time. Good find! Loved it!
