A woman in Melbourne, Australia is willing to pay £25 an hour for someone to sit and watch over her while she sleeps.
She would prefer if the person wore an owl costume – Why ?
“I have always found great comfort in the idea that owls are the natural lookouts of our world and so it would really help“, she said
If you don’t want to wear the owl costume but are willing to stick a couple of feathers to . . . your forehead, she will pay £22 an hour.
Hhmmm, you’d be part of a team of three watchers so that’s 2hrs per night at £22 = £44 x 365 days = £16,060 a year !
