Arthur Bundrage, 28, of 306 Kinne St., East Syracuse, asked to withdraw $20,000 from the Alliance Bank at 1001 James St.
He was understandably annoyed when the teller (robbing bastard) shortchanged him – a fact he didn’t discover until after he had left the building.
Returning to the bank to demand the rest of the $20,000 he had asked for, he was arrested by the police – apparently it’s against the law to withdraw money from a bank if you don’t have an account with them !
