Gary McKinnon faces extradition to USA

Gary McKinnon is fighting the British Governements decision to extradite him to the USA.

His crime?

A self-confessed UFO ‘nut’, he waltzed his way through several Pentagon, CIA, White House computer systems – bypassing with ease every security block set up to prevent unauthorised access to sensitive files in search of information about UFOs.

If convicted, he faces the prospect of spending the rest of his life in an American jail.

Today, it was announced that the UK is seeking to recruit former ‘hackers’ to work alongside staff at GCHQ to combat ‘cyber terrorism’

Source . . .

Do I have to spell it out?

Instead of sending Gary McKinnon to the USA to rot in jail for the rest of his life – give the bugger a job.

Who better to help defend Britain’s security systems against attack by Al Qaeda and hostile foreign Governments than Gary McKinnon?

After all, his CV is impressive – he made absolute c*nts of the programmers who set up the security for the USA military/defence computer systems.

It would be pure folly to send him to jail in the USA rather than use his talents in the defense of the UK

  1. yes, i completely agree, sign him up. we think we are safe from hackers but the truth is, hackers are like cheerios in a bowl, you push one under and another one pops up! once the feds get him here they will make an example of him because they can and to prove they will. let’s face it some kid in Singapore is cracking code on a major secure database as we speak-how they gonna find him? (just speculating)

  2. He didn’t kill anyone, yet he’s facing life imprisonment in a foreign jail.

All he’s guilty of is proving that America is a third world country.

Don’t get me started on this piss-poor British government rolling over and allowing his extradition, just to get their tummy tickled.
