    • Kids are allowed to play outside Jules – it isn’t a police state yet.

      Give Mrs May a bit more time on that one, though.

      It’s more that the gutter press (Yes, you – Daily Mail, I’m talking to you . . . ) crucify any parents who let their kids play unsupervised whenever there is a case of child abduction.
