CCTV footage has been released showing a knife-wielding thug launch a vicious unprovoked attack on Frosty the Snowman

Frosty required 9 stitches but is expected to make a full recovery

meanwhile a spokes-elf, speaking on behalf of Santa, said the attacker was now top of the 2016 naughty list and will not find any pressies under his tree this xmas

      • That must create a lot of problems when dialling 911 for the police over there.

        Here, in the UK, we have a much more practical number – 999 – which is impossible to get wrong. Well, most of the time anyway.

        FACT – Did you know that the number 999 was devised for emergencies, where the caller found themself in a smoke-filled telephone kiosk or was blind/pissed, who could then insert two fingers in the last two holes of the old-fashioned rotary dialling disk, turn it three times to its maximum, and be assured of contacting the Emergency services ?

        BRILLIANT – and foolproof !
