The fact that this guy didn’t instinctively set down all his equipment and hold out both hands to receive his first born child so he could give her his full attention pretty much sums up the mentality that evolved side by side with smartphone technology…and why I don’t have one. Because if you’re taking a picture of it, you’re not really living it, are you?

    And if that doesn’t irritate you, remember that this man made dick pics possible.

    Is it not a fact of 21st century life that it can’t possibly have happened unless some twat has posted a picture of it on farcebook (other means of eroding privacy are available)?

    If I had paid a wodge of dosh ( for the benefit of any Johnny Foreigner types listening in – that’s English for ‘a lot of money’ ) to see my favourite band, I sure as hell wouldn’t be watching it on a poxy 5″ LCD in order to record it for posterity. I’d be barging my way to the front to watch the fucking band.

    Get a grip kiddies – it’s like sitting on the edge of the Grand Canyon ooh-ing and aaah-ing at postcards of the view.
