I’ve used this stuff for years and, believe me, it works. You don’t need hypnosis or his specialized programs, just a dogged determination to pay attention to your thoughts and shift them in the moment, especially around other people.

Word to the wise: If you’re sad, don’t tell yourself you’re happy like he said. You know that’s bullshit with every fiber of your being. Instead, take smaller steps up the emotional scale. Go from sad to It’s All Their Fault to May They Burn In Hell to People Suck to Okay, Not All People Suck, to My Dog Doesn’t Suck to Who’s a Good Boy?
