Fun Way to Lose Weight

p.s. if you can’t stand eggs or are a vegan, like me – try my alternative to the egg+wine diet

after careful research, I have found that there are roughly the same amount of calories in 6 x samosa as there are in 10 x boiled eggs, so dump the eggs and try Duncan’s samosa+wine diet plan instead

This result is presented as if it was something shocking. The truth is – being untruthful is an essential evolutionary survival tool. You can be sure that when food was scarce, our hunter-gatherer ancestors were not above telling fibs to prevent a neighbouring tribe helping themselves to some grub –

‘antelope? Yeah, saw some earlier, mate. Tried to catch one but the buggers were too fast. Went off in that direction. No, not East – West, mate, definitely west’

Shampoo Makes You Fat ?

Like many folk, I took it for granted that fat people were fat because they were greedy, lazy buggers. In other words they ate too much and exercised too little.

Seems, though, that is too simplistic a view.
