Nasa tells us not to worry but bearing in mind breaking news of around 500 people in Russia reportedly injured by a meteorite hitting the URal region this morning – see pics and vids of damage here

Of course the Earth is a big place and the chance of anyone actually being struck by the asteroid are astronomically small
