Donald Trump doesn’t have a “soul,” he “has an open sore”

The most perfect description of malignant narcissism, and Trump, that I’ve ever heard.

Smarter, not harder

by allthoughtswork

I’ve used this stuff for years and, believe me, it works. You don’t need hypnosis or his specialized programs, just a dogged determination to pay attention to your thoughts and shift them in the moment, especially around other people.

Word to the wise: If you’re sad, don’t tell yourself you’re happy like he said. You know that’s bullshit with every fiber of your being. Instead, take smaller steps up the emotional scale. Go from sad to It’s All Their Fault to May They Burn In Hell to People Suck to Okay, Not All People Suck, to My Dog Doesn’t Suck to Who’s a Good Boy?

No conscience

by allthoughtswork

The guy who ghostwrote The Art of the Deal shadowed Trump for a long time to gather a bio on him, to see what he was like behind the scenes. What he witnessed was an emotionally stunted malignant narcissist crashing through the world like an ill-mannered toddler, running roughshod over lives with nothing but ego at the wheel. No conscience.

For those of you out there who chalk Trump up to simply being an arrogant jerk, wait. Hindsight is gonna slap you right on the ass.

I called it: Trump. Is. Nuts

by allthoughtswork

Hear me now.

I endured the mental-emotional war zone created by narcissistic family members in positions of absolute power, I’ve survived the brutal physical and psychological damage their abuse has wrought, I’ve done a deep dive study into the disorder over the course of many years in order to simultaneously heal and arm myself from their ilk, and the night it was announced Donald Trump had been elected president of the United States…I solemnly walked into the bathroom and threw up.

Malignant Narcissistic Personality Disorder is total, it is wildly dangerous, and it is incurable. The only solution is removing yourself from the villain’s scope of influence.

Tell me, where does the leader of the free world’s scope of influence end?

Social media: Never used it, never will

by allthoughtswork

I’ll climb on any soap box at the drop of a hat and give you an earful about the cerebral evils of social media. The closest I come to chasing that dragon is You Tube but 98% of the videos I watch on there are instructive and educational. The rest I get from Duncan.
